Directors

Ed Morton
– Founder and MD
Ed has over 30 years of experience working in IT and founded Axess Systems in November 2000. He’s as committed now as he was then to ensuring that the business and its people provide technical excellence aligned with tremendous value, honesty, and service. In his spare time, Ed loves being outdoors and is a keen skier and mountain biker. 

Will Lingard
– Sales Director
Will joined Axess Systems from SCC in 2006 and has over 25 years of experience in IT. He leads our sales and account management teams and manages our strategic vendor and distributor partnerships. Outside of work, Will is a keen football fan and regularly watches Nottingham Forest play. 

Heath Roberts
– Operations Director
As Operations Director, Heath is responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions, ensuring our continued operational excellence, and achieving and maintaining our industry standards and ISO certifications. Away from work, Heath is a respected and experienced hockey coach who loves classic cars.

Kris Haynes
– Head of PreSales
As Head of PreSales, Kris helps customers match their business needs with the right technology solution. Aside from a great interest in technology, Kris loves playing Airsoft—a team-based tactical sport akin to paintballing but on another level. 

Mani Sarwar
– Head of Finance
Mani joined Axess Systems in 2019. Her varied role ensures smooth financial operation and consistent service delivery that meets customer expectations. At weekends, she’s often found trackside, where her son is following in the tyre tracks of a young Lewis Hamilton.

Marketing Lead

Gabrielle Wright
– Marketing Manager
Gabrielle oversees the marketing strategy at Axess Systems – including brand, partner marketing, campaign, lead generation, web, PR, and customer success. When she puts her phone down, it’s often because of a dog, book, or board game.
